JJO plc strives to offer customers complete stock availability, transported on our own fleet of vehicles, delivered in good condition, all within a lead-time as little as 48 hours. Unlike some of our competitors, we accept surplus to requirement goods back for credit, subject to 25% re-handling charge and returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Goods must be in original packaging, un-opened and in re-saleable condition. However, there are certain exceptions, where goods have been produced specifically to order (non-standard stock items) and goods that are fragile and susceptible to transit damage.
